When your home goes under contract, whether you’re a buyer or a seller, our Contracts Manager, will be your main point of contact. She will be with you every step of the way until we make it to the closing table. She is in charge of communicating with you on a high level, keeping you protected with your contract dates, ordering home inspections, appraisals, termite letters, and home warranties, and will make sure you as a buyer/seller are protected.
