Michael Queen is a licensed realtor and the Chief Executive Officer of The Realty Queen and Team. Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Michael worked for The Ford Motor Company for over 18 years in the Fixed Operations department. During his time there, Michael was able to develop his strengths in customer service, attention to detail, and numbers. In October 2014, Michael decided to transition to The Realty Queen and Team. With his skills and passion for real estate, there was no doubt that Michael was the perfect fit for the role of CEO. As CEO, Michael’s primary focus is making sure that The Realty Queen and Team remains the number one customer service team in real estate. One of the ways he does this is by giving clients access to the best technology and marketing available, which is key for buying and selling homes in today’s market. Michael is also responsible for setting the budget for the team and ensuring that the company remains financially stable for now and years to come. This gives both clients and The Realty Queen and Team peace of mind in today’s economy. Although Michael works tirelessly to ensure the success of The Realty Queen and Team, he also knows how to have fun. In his spare time, Michael enjoys dirt racing late model cars and fishing as well as spending time with his wife and grandchildren.
Elizabeth truly enjoys being able to work behind the scenes as our Marketing Manager. She handles all our marketing to ensure clients receive the best exposure and their home is visible to as many potential buyers as possible. Dotting all of the I’s and crossing all of the T’s is what Elizabeth does best! She has plenty of knowledge when it comes to real estate. She is great at transitioning from seat to seat in the real estate industry. Elizabeth doesn’t just give one hundred and ten percent to her seat at TRQT, but she is always giving her all. She does this within all aspects of her career and family. She plays a huge role at TRQT and is always doing what she can to lend a helping hand.
When your home goes under contract whether you’re a buyer or a seller, Maggie will be your main contact. As our Contracts Manager, she will be with you every step of the way until we make it to the closing table. She is in charge of ordering home inspections, appraisals, termite letters, home warranties, and ensures our clients are protected. Maggie is a licensed agent and has worked in the real estate industry for over 5 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, her four dogs, Rocky, Louie, Boo, and Arlo, as well as her significant other Chris. They just announced they are expecting their first child. Baby Girl Scott will arrive in March 2021!

As our Listing Manager, Jacqueline works closely with Michelle to deliver the most impressive customer service to our listing clients. Michelle will be the first point of contact, but once the listing is active, Jac works directly with clients to ensure that everything a potential buyer would want to know about a home is available. Jac will lead the charge with managing the flow of communication between clients and the team, and other professionals within the industry to get properties sold. Communication is the cornerstone of their success and TRQT’s reputation. She ensures all deadlines are meet and we exceed client’s expectations. She coordinates with photographers, our marketing manager, and showing agents to guarantee sellers experience the least amount of stress during the listing process until their home is under contract at which point Maggie, the contracts manager, will partner with the client to close smoothly. Jac possesses high values, a can-do attitude, expert communication skills, and superb organization skills.
