    Michelle Queen is the backbone of The Realty Queen and Team. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and a broker since 2016. She was a powerful recruiter while working with Keller Williams with 69 agents in her down line and held a position as an owner. While taking advantage of today’s powerful technology her honesty and loyalty always exceeds her client’s expectations. Not only is Michelle an incredibly personable agent, you will also find her energy, and excitement to serve you is contagious! Well over 700 homes successfully sold. Michelle and her team are consistently ranked in the top 1% of real estate professionals in the area. Michelle prides herself on her ability to gain the highest possible price for her clients with the least amount of stress. Michelle and her team add a personal touch to all of their transactions.     Michael Queen is a licensed realtor and the Chief Executive Officer of The Realty Queen and Team.  Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Michael worked for The Ford Motor Company for over 18 years in the Fixed Operations department. During his time there, Michael was able to develop his strengths in customer service, attention to detail, and numbers. In October 2014, Michael decided to transition to The Realty Queen and Team .With his skills and passion for real estate, there was no doubt that Michael was the perfect fit for the role of CEO. As CEO, Michael’s primary focus is making sure that The Realty Queen and Team remains the number one customer service team in real estate. One of the ways he does this is by giving clients access to the best technology and marketing available, which is key for buying and selling homes in today’s market. Michael is also responsible for setting the budget for the team and ensuring that the company remains financially stable for now and years to come. This gives both clients and The Realty Queen and Team peace of mind in today’s economy. Although Michael works tirelessly to ensure the success of The Realty Queen and Team, he also knows how to have fun. In his spare time, Michael enjoys dirt racing late model cars and fishing as well as spending time with his wife and grandchildren.

    Elizabeth MacDonald is our Listings Assistant and Marketing Manager. Together Michael and Elizabeth work together for Listing Management to help sellers. Michelle will be your first point of contact when you decide to list your home. Michael will gather all the information needed to best prepare The Queen for her listing appointment with you! Michael will work tirelessly to price your home accurately from the current market value to maximize your net profit. Once you decide to list your home, they work directly with you to ensure that everything a potential buyer would want to know about your home is available to ensure a smooth transaction with the least amount of stress for you. They lead the charge with managing the flow of communication between you, the team, and other professionals within the industry to get your property sold!
    Elizabeth truly enjoys being able to work behind the scenes with marketing and the listings. She handles all our marketing to ensure clients receive the best exposure and their home is visible to as many potential buyers as possible. Dotting all of the I’s and crossing all of the T’s is what Elizabeth does best! She has plenty of knowledge when it comes to real estate. She is great at transitioning from seat to seat in the real estate industry. Elizabeth doesn’t just give one hundred and ten percent to her seat at TRQT, but she is always giving her all. She does this within all aspects of her career and family. She plays a huge role at TRQT, and is always doing what she can to lend a helping hand.
    When your home goes under contract whether you’re a buyer or a seller, Maggie will also be your main contact. She will be with you every step of the way until we make it to the closing table. She is in charge of ordering home inspections, appraisals, termite letters, home warranties and to make sure you as a buyer/seller is protected.
    Maggie has worked in the real estate industry for over 5 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, her four dogs, Rocky, Louie, Boo & Arlo, and she enjoys spending time with her significant other Chris. They just announced they are expecting their first child. Baby Scott will arrive March 2021! 
    Karen Ayers is a bold but compassionate agent known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to clients. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. Karen is passionate about helping her clients through the home buying process, and does her best to inform her clients about each detail, every step of the way. Meeting and exceeding her client’s expectations and needs motivates her! She truly loves getting to partner with the clients she serves. Her passion to help others motivated her to enter real estate. She is a retired ER nurse and traveled to help others while in the medical field. We are proud she is a part of TRQT!
